🌿✨ Monstera deliciosa ‘Thai Constellation’ ✨🌿
(pronounced “mon-STAIR-uh deh-liss-ee-OH-sah tie kon-stel-LAY-shun”)
Also known as Variegated Monstera Thai Constellation or simply Thai Monstera.

Like a galaxy captured in leaf form, Monstera deliciosa ‘Thai Constellation’ dazzles with its creamy-white marbling that swirls across broad, fenestrated leaves. Each leaf is patterned with unique constellations of cream, mint, and soft green—hence the name. Unlike the more unpredictable Albo, this variegation is genetically stable, ensuring every new leaf carries its signature starry pattern. Graceful splits and holes develop as it matures, giving it that iconic Monstera silhouette with celestial flair.

💡 Care Tips:
☀️ Light – Bright, indirect light enhances variegation and growth. Too little light will dull the cream pattern; avoid direct sun to prevent burning the white areas.
💧 Water – Allow the top 2 inches (5 cm) of soil to dry between waterings. Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix with bark and perlite.
🌡️ Humidity – Thrives in 60 %+ humidity. Use a humidifier or pebble tray to keep foliage lush and prevent leaf-edge crisping.
🌱 Growth – Large-leaf climber that benefits from a moss pole for vertical support. Mature leaves can reach 18–36 inches (45–90 cm). Moderate grower that develops fenestrations with age and stability.

📊 Difficulty: Intermediate (light balance is key to maintaining healthy variegation)
🐾 Pet Safety: Mildly toxic if ingested; may cause stomach upset. All pets are unique, and symptoms can vary in presentation or severity.

🌟 Collector’s Tip
The Thai Constellation originated as a lab-created tissue culture mutation in Thailand, designed for stable variegation that doesn’t revert. Each plant grows slightly differently—some with speckled “stardust” variegation, others with broad, creamy sectors. Because the white portions lack chlorophyll, consistent bright light is essential for steady growth. Avoid overfertilizing; it can push green dominance and reduce contrast.
